Hotel Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Sales Manager to lead revenue generation for our hotel portfolio. You will shape and execute sales strategies, build key relationships, and represent the brand at industry events.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and grow market share.
• Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with key clients, organizations, and partners.
• Conduct sales presentations, site tours, and negotiations to close business.
• Collaborate with marketing to create promotional materials and campaigns that support sales efforts.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to uncover growth opportunities.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to senior management.
• Attend industry events and networking functions to promote the hotel and its offerings.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a comparable hospitality sales role.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
