Hotel Sales Manager

About the role

Raymond Management is seeking a results‑driven Sales Manager to lead revenue generation for its portfolio of Hilton and Marriott hotels across the United States. You will shape and execute sales strategies, build key client relationships, and represent the hotel at industry events.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales plans to meet revenue targets and increase market share.
• Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with corporate accounts, travel agencies, and event planners.
• Deliver sales presentations, conduct site tours, and negotiate contracts to close business.
• Collaborate with marketing to create promotional materials and campaigns that support sales initiatives.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to uncover growth opportunities.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for senior management.
• Represent the hotel at industry conferences, networking events, and community functions.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a comparable sales leadership role within hospitality.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Required skills
