About the role
DoubleTree Monroe is seeking dependable, service‑oriented team members for a variety of hotel operations positions, both full‑time and part‑time. Roles include housekeeping, front desk, maintenance, supervision, and night audit.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain clean and welcoming guest rooms and public areas.
- Assist guests with check‑in, check‑out and provide attentive service.
- Handle maintenance requests and perform preventive maintenance.
- Lead daily front desk and housekeeping operations as a supervisor.
- Perform overnight audit procedures and prepare daily reports.
Required profile
- Positive attitude with strong attention to detail.
- Reliable attendance and commitment to guest service.
- Relevant hotel experience valued, especially for maintenance, supervisory and night audit roles.
