Hotel Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead our hotel’s maintenance team. In this role you will ensure all building systems operate safely and efficiently, providing a comfortable environment for guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance for HVAC, plumbing, electrical and other hotel systems.
• Schedule maintenance tasks to minimize disruption to hotel operations.
• Train, mentor and evaluate maintenance staff while enforcing safety protocols.
• Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, front desk and other departments to address maintenance concerns.
• Manage maintenance budgets, inventory and supplies for cost‑effective operations.

Required profile

• Prior experience in hotel or facility maintenance, including HVAC, electrical and plumbing.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to handle emergency repairs.
• Effective time‑management, task‑prioritization and delegation skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork orientation.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
