About the role

We are looking for a reliable and detail‑oriented Hotel Housekeeper to keep our guest rooms and public areas clean, safe, and welcoming. The role supports guest satisfaction by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and responding promptly to guest needs.

Key responsibilities

Clean and service guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitising bathrooms.
Replenish linens, towels, toiletries and other room supplies.
Report maintenance issues, damages or safety concerns promptly.
Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain housekeeping carts and equipment in an organised manner and assist with laundry duties as needed.

Required profile

Strong attention to detail and good time‑management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic communication skills and physical stamina for lifting, bending and standing for extended periods.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and varying shifts.
