About the role

Landmark Hospitality is looking for enthusiastic Hosts to join the team at Maddy Rose in Pennsylvania. The role involves managing the restaurant floor, greeting guests, and ensuring a smooth seating experience.

Key responsibilities

Take and organize reservations for lunch and dinner.
Greet guests, seat them, and provide menus.
Maintain and adjust the seating chart throughout the shift.
Manage waitlists, take drink orders, and direct guests to the bar as needed.
Assist with table rearrangements for large parties and support opening/closing duties.
Communicate with servers to balance sections and handle any staffing changes.
Address customer concerns, report issues to the manager, and thank guests upon departure.

Required profile

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Professional yet friendly demeanor, patience with frustrated guests.
Ability to work well in a team and communicate clearly.
Stamina to stand or walk for an entire shift.
