About the role

The Hospice RN provides compassionate, patient‑centered care in the Justin Rogers Hospice Care Center. Working on a flexible PRN schedule, you will support patients and families as they navigate end‑of‑life care, focusing on comfort and quality of life.

Key responsibilities

Conduct admission assessments, ongoing re‑assessments, and safety evaluations for hospice patients.
Administer medications and treatments safely, manage pain, and document patient responses.
Coordinate care for a caseload, update care plans, and educate patients, families, and caregivers.

Required profile

Graduate of an accredited nursing program with current Ohio RN licensure.
Minimum one year of clinical experience, including acute medical‑surgical or critical care.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Required skills

RN licensure and clinical competency.
BLS certification and medication administration expertise.
