Home Remodeling Expert – Outside Sales Representative

About the role

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a full‑time Home Remodeling Expert to join its fast‑growing sales team. In this outside‑sales position you will meet pre‑qualified homeowners, deliver in‑home presentations, and close high‑ticket remodeling projects.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct engaging in‑home presentations that showcase the company’s services and financing options.
• Travel to appointments, assess properties, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Master the product portfolio and match solutions to homeowner needs.
• Overcome objections and close sales, earning commissions with no cap.
• Build lasting relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.

Required profile

• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work six days a week.
• Self‑starter who can work independently or as part of a team.
• Previous sales experience or home‑improvement knowledge is a plus, but not required.
