About the role

Float Health connects experienced nurses with patients who need specialty medications administered at home. This contract role lets you choose visits that fit your schedule and location.

Key responsibilities

Administer IV medications such as IVIG and monoclonal antibodies in patients' homes.
Start and maintain peripheral IV lines and monitor patients throughout treatment.
Provide patient education, support, and compassionate nursing care.

Required profile

Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active RN license (ADN/BSN accepted).
Current BLS certification.
3+ years of hospital‑based nursing experience or home infusion/infusion center experience.

Required skills

IV medication administration (IVIG, monoclonal antibodies).
Peripheral IV insertion and maintenance.
BLS certification.

What we offer

$70–$90 per hour.
Flexible, independent contract work allowing you to select visits that match your schedule.
