Home Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) – Flexible Contract

About the role

Float Health connects experienced nurses with patients who need specialty medications administered at home. As a Float Health RN you will provide one‑on‑one specialty infusion care in patients' residences.

Key responsibilities

• Administer IV medications such as IVIG and monoclonal antibodies.
• Start and maintain peripheral IV lines.
• Monitor patients throughout treatment and provide education and support.
• Deliver safe, efficient, and compassionate nursing care.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active RN license (ADN/BSN accepted).
• Current BLS certification.
• Proof of nursing liability insurance or willingness to obtain coverage.
• 3+ years of hospital‑based nursing experience or home infusion/infusion center experience.

Required skills

• IV medication administration (IVIG, monoclonal antibodies).
• Peripheral IV insertion and maintenance.
• Patient monitoring and education.
