AdvisaCare is looking for a Registered Nurse to join its home health team in Midland. The role offers skilled nursing care in patients' homes, with a calmer pace, autonomy and flexibility, and the chance to see the impact of your work every day.

Key responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes
• Perform assessments, wound care, medication management and patient education
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists and care teams
• Act as a trusted guide for patients and families

Required profile

• Current and valid RN license in the state of Michigan
• Previous home health experience is a plus; willingness to train is required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Able to pass a drug screen and background check

Required skills

• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• BLS certification
