About the role
Join BAYADA as a Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide personal care, household support, and companionship to clients or your own loved one. No prior experience is required; training and resources are provided.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with daily personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide household support including light cleaning, meal preparation, and errands.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to promote independence and comfort.
Required profile
- Willingness to work part‑time in Hickory, Lenoir, Newton or Taylorsville, NC.
- Open to receiving training and guidance from BAYADA.
Required skills
- Ability to follow care instructions and maintain client safety.
