Home Health Aide – Home Care

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Home Health Aides to provide compassionate in‑home care for clients across Morristown and surrounding counties. You will work flexible daytime or evening shifts, full‑time or part‑time, helping clients with daily activities while enjoying a supportive work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living such as grooming, toileting, bathing, and oral feeding.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and bed making.
• Support range‑of‑motion exercises, transfers, and use of mechanical lifting devices.
• Take vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration) and provide medication assistance.

Required profile

• At least one year of work references in any field (newly certified candidates welcome).
• Current Home Health Aide license in good standing with the NJ Board of Nursing.
• Reliable transportation to reach client homes.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
