Clinical Educator – Skilled Nursing Office

About the role

The Clinical Educator will lead and facilitate hands‑on clinical simulation scenarios in the skills lab for BAYADA’s Skilled Nursing Office in Morristown, NJ. This role supports field staff readiness, mentorship, and the delivery of high‑quality home care.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, lead, and evaluate hands‑on clinical simulation scenarios in the skills lab.
• Facilitate experiential learning activities that reflect real‑world home care situations.
• Support new‑hire orientation, competency validation, and ongoing staff development.
• Observe clinical performance, identify learning needs, and provide coaching and feedback.
• Partner with Clinical Managers and office leadership to improve caregiver readiness and quality outcomes.

Required profile

• Current RN license in good standing with New Jersey licensure.
• Minimum two years of staff development, nursing education, or related clinical education experience.
• Strong assessment, communication, organization, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and take on diverse responsibilities.

Required skills

• Experience facilitating hands‑on learning, skills validation, simulation, or scenario‑based education.
• Experience with performance improvement plans, clinical chart review, and utilization review reporting.
