Home Health Aide – Flexible Shifts in Medford

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide one‑on‑one care for adult clients in Burlington County, NJ. Flexible scheduling allows you to choose full‑time or part‑time, day, evening, or overnight shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Support mobility through ambulation, transfers, use of mechanical lift devices, and range‑of‑motion exercises.
• Perform basic vital sign checks, including temperature, pulse, and respiration.
• Manage home duties like laundry, meal preparation, and bed making.
• Provide medication assistance as directed.

Required profile

• Current Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license in good standing with the NJ Board of Nursing.
• At least one year of experience as a companion or CHHA.

Required skills

• Basic caregiving skills for personal hygiene and mobility support.
• Ability to monitor vital signs and assist with medication.
