About the role

Join BAYADA as a Home Health Aide (CNA) to provide compassionate, one‑on‑one care for adults in Berkshire County. You will support clients with daily living activities while enjoying flexible schedules and a supportive team.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
• Provide household support including light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making.
• Prepare meals, feed clients, and monitor nutrition.
• Conduct range‑of‑motion exercises and assist with ambulation using mechanical lifting devices.
• Offer medication reminders and perform basic vital sign checks (temperature, pulse, respiration).

Required profile

• At least one year of work experience.
• Completed a recognized CNA training program and hold a Certified Nursing Assistant certification.
• Strong empathy, patience, kindness, and respect for clients.
• Ability to travel to assigned client homes.
• Commitment to delivering care with compassion, excellence, and reliability.
