Community Living Support Professional 2 – Relief

About the role

This on‑call relief position supports adults living with co‑occurring mental illness and substance use disorders in a small group home in Pittsfield. You will provide a therapeutic presence and help with daily residence operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide supportive, therapeutic presence to residents.
• Assist with daily operations of the residence, including accompaniment to activities and appointments.
• Become trained to administer medications as needed.
• Participate in training on Dual Diagnosis and Trauma‑Informed Care.

Required profile

• High School diploma/GED or HiSET plus at least one year of related experience.
• One year of supervisory or human‑service experience is desired.
• Knowledge of and respect for diverse populations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized, detail‑oriented with strong time‑management abilities.
