Home Health Aide – Adult Care

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to provide adult care for clients in the Dallas area. As part of our home‑care team you will assist clients with daily living activities while enjoying a supportive and respectful work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and nail care.
• Provide light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry and bed making.
• Support mobility through ambulation assistance, transfers and use of mechanical lifting devices.
• Perform range‑of‑motion exercises, oral feeding and basic vital‑sign checks.
• Offer medication assistance and help with home management tasks.

Required profile

• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Strong communication skills and a caring attitude toward clients.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of personal care techniques and home‑care safety practices.
