Home Health Aide – $16.50/hr

About the role

Join BAYADA as a Home Health Aide and provide personal care, household support, and companionship to adults living at home. You will follow a written plan of care created by a registered nurse and help clients maintain independence and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
• Provide household support including light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making.
• Prepare meals, feed clients, and offer medication reminders.
• Support range‑of‑motion exercises, ambulation, and transfers using mechanical lifting devices.

Required profile

• Passion for caregiving and a desire to help others.
• Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect.
• Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned.
• Commitment to deliver compassionate, reliable care.
