About the role
BAYADA Home Health Care is looking for a compassionate Certified Home Health Aide to provide one‑on‑one care for a client in Middlesex County. The position offers consistent weekend afternoon hours with flexible scheduling options.
Key responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
- Support the client’s safety, comfort, and mobility in the home.
- Follow an individualized care plan and monitor changes in condition.
- Communicate professionally with BAYADA’s clinical and office teams.
Required profile
- Active New Jersey Home Health Aide certification.
- Reliable, professional, and committed to consistent care.
- Compassionate, patient‑centered approach.
- Experience with personal care and transfers, or willingness to learn.
