About the role
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide one‑on‑one skilled nursing care in clients' homes across Monmouth County. You will choose a schedule that fits your availability and travel to a nearby client’s residence each day.
Key responsibilities
- Travel to a client’s home, follow physicians’ orders, and deliver hands‑on care.
- Perform assessments, monitor conditions, and document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
Required profile
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (RN or LPN).
- Current nursing license in good standing.
Required skills
- Clinical assessment and monitoring of patient conditions.
- Accurate documentation of care activities and physicians’ orders.
