Licensed Practical Nurse – Infant Home Care

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses who are passionate about caring for infants (birth to 1 year) in private‑duty home care. You will provide one‑on‑one, high‑quality care to infants and support their families in the Monmouth County area.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to a client’s home and deliver personalized care according to a schedule you choose.
• Follow up on, execute, and accurately document physicians’ orders.
• Perform patient assessments, monitor conditions, and document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
• Provide hands‑on care, building relationships and watching developmental milestones.

Required profile

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
• A current New Jersey State nursing license in good standing.
• CPR certified.

Required skills

• CPR certification.
• Ability to conduct patient assessments and document care.
