Home Care Registered Nurse – Maple Grove

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide private‑duty home care in Maple Grove, Minnesota. You will deliver one‑on‑one nursing care to clients in their homes, working flexible shifts that suit your schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Provide full‑shift private duty care (8, 10 or 12‑hour shifts) to a single client.
• Travel short distances to local clients, ensuring timely and reliable service.
• Manage care for patients with diagnoses such as TBI, SCI, COPD, stroke, dementia/Alzheimer's, premature birth, cancer, and post‑surgery recovery.

Required profile

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (transcript or diploma required).
• Current RN license in good standing in the state of Minnesota.
