About the role

Join BAYADA's SEAL (Skilled Elite Adaptable Leaders) team to provide flexible, high‑level transitional care for adults and pediatric patients in home settings across the Twin Cities area.

Key responsibilities

Provide 24/7 staffing support for complex home referrals and fill staffing gaps for existing clients.
Float to areas of greatest need, assisting with new referrals and training new nurses.

Required profile

Current, valid LPN license.
Homecare experience.
Willingness to work agreed shifts in all assigned homes.
Commitment to train and precept onboarding nurses.
