Hiring Support Specialist - Recruiter

About the role

Allied Universal, a security and facility services company, is hiring a Hiring Support Specialist (Recruiter) to support a specific Enterprise Account with hiring duties. The role covers pre-assignment requirements, collection of employment documents and certification validations, and, when needed, assistance with screening and interviewing. It is a full-time position.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for security professional positions across multiple healthcare facilities
• Source, screen and interview candidates to meet staffing needs
• Coordinate interviews and keep hiring managers and candidates informed
• Manage job requisitions and track candidates through the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Work with operations teams to prioritize critical staffing needs and reduce vacancies
• Maintain accurate recruiting records and give regular updates on hiring progress
• Handle multiple priorities and meet hiring goals in a fast-paced environment

Required profile

• Previous recruiting experience preferred; high-volume recruiting experience strongly preferred
• Strong organizational, communication and time-management skills
• Able to work independently and manage several requisitions at once
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Healthcare or security recruiting experience is a plus

Required skills

• Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
• Applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred
• Prior scheduling software experience is a plus
