About the role
Prep Academy Tutors is seeking experienced high school tutors specialized in math and science to provide in‑home and online instruction aligned with the Louisiana curriculum.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver academic support tailored to each student’s needs, covering both remedial and enrichment topics.
- Develop customized learning plans that emphasize deep understanding over memorization.
- Collaborate with parents to communicate progress, challenges, and successes.
Required profile
- Current, valid registration with the New Orleans Department of Education or a qualified U.S. teacher (or teacher‑candidate).
