High-Rise Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

The High‑Rise Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all technical and mechanical aspects of the property to ensure that buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and complete work orders generated from resident service requests and routine community upkeep.
• Diagnose defects or problems, perform repairs, and ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, and coordinating vendors and contractors.
• Supervise and schedule maintenance staff, ensuring timely completion of tasks and high‑quality workmanship.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory, and equipment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in building or property maintenance, preferably in high‑rise residential environments.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, codes, and safety regulations.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
