High-End Interiors Superintendent – Commercial Interiors

About the role

We are seeking an experienced High-End Interiors Superintendent to lead premium commercial interior projects across the Dallas-Fort Worth market. You will oversee corporate office build-outs, executive suites, occupied renovations and luxury amenity spaces, ensuring top-quality delivery from demolition through turnover.

Key responsibilities

• Lead field operations on high-end commercial interiors and tenant-improvement projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, building-management teams and clients for seamless execution.
• Manage all construction phases, including demolition, rough-in, finish-work, punch-list and turnover.
• Drive schedule, safety, production and quality while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
• Oversee installation of high-end architectural finishes, millwork, specialty ceilings, glazing systems and custom design elements.
• Maintain strong communication with architects, designers, clients and project stakeholders.
• Partner with Project Managers and leadership to deliver projects on time and to the highest standards.

Required profile

• Proven Superintendent experience on commercial interiors or tenant-improvement projects.
• Background delivering high-end corporate, Class A office, hospitality, healthcare or luxury interior projects.
• Expertise managing occupied renovations and fast-paced interior construction environments.
• Strong leadership, scheduling and subcontractor-management abilities.
• Commitment to craftsmanship, safety and client satisfaction.
