Motor Grader Operator – Dallas, TX

About the role

Austin Bridge & Road is seeking an experienced Motor Grader Operator to join a high‑visibility earthwork project in the Dallas‑Fort Worth area. The successful candidate will operate a motor grader safely and efficiently, contributing to the timely completion of grading and leveling tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections of the motor grader and report any issues.
• Operate the grader to achieve required elevations and tolerances.
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and site rules.
• Adapt work hours to project needs, including days, nights, weekends, and adverse weather conditions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the site supervisor.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience operating heavy equipment, preferably a motor grader.
• Strong commitment to job‑site safety and demonstrated safe work practices.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.
