Motor Grader Operator – Dallas, TX

About the role

Austin Bridge & Road is seeking an experienced Motor Grader Operator to join a construction project in the Dallas‑Fort Worth area. The role involves operating heavy equipment to perform earthwork and grading tasks while adhering to strict safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily equipment inspections before operation.
• Operate the motor grader safely and efficiently, maintaining required elevations and tolerances.
• Adjust work hours to meet project demands, including days, nights, and weekends.
• Work in adverse weather conditions, both hot and cold.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the site supervisor.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year of experience operating heavy equipment, preferably motor graders.
• Strong commitment to jobsite safety and demonstrated safe work practices.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
