About the role

The Heavy Equipment Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of mobile aggregate mining and processing equipment at our Pryor, OK facility. This safety‑sensitive position requires reliable attendance and adherence to all company and regulatory safety standards.

Key responsibilities

Operate and monitor mobile aggregate mining and processing equipment safely and efficiently.
Perform preventive maintenance, pre‑shift inspections, and clean or repair equipment as needed.
Maintain overall housekeeping of the plant, equipment, and site.
Complete required paperwork accurately and promptly.
Follow all safety, environmental, and regulatory rules, including MSHA guidelines.

Required profile

Entry‑level to mid‑level experience operating similar equipment.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Good safety, behavior, and attendance record.
Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions and on flexible shifts, including swing, graveyard, overtime, and weekends.
