About the role
The Lehigh Valley Health Network is seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) to join its high‑volume outpatient Heart Failure team. This position focuses on patients with heart failure, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, pulmonary hypertension, and amyloid conditions, with no call responsibilities.
Key responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient care for heart failure and related cardiovascular conditions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team at the Lehigh Valley Heart and Vascular Institute to deliver advanced treatments and clinical trial participation.
Required profile
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Nurse Practitioner specialty.
- Valid Pennsylvania medical license or ability to obtain one.
- Experience in cardiology nursing practice.
Required skills
- Expertise in heart failure management and related cardiovascular disorders.
- Ability to work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
