We are looking for a U.S.-based Healthcare Specialist to join our AI Labor Marketplace as an AI Trainer. This part‑time, remote consulting position involves creating benchmark data, scoring rubrics, and evaluating AI‑generated outputs for healthcare‑related tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Develop expert benchmark responses for a variety of clinical, operational, and administrative scenarios.
• Design scoring rubrics that define high‑quality healthcare reasoning, documentation, and decision‑making.
• Assess AI‑generated analyses, recommendations, and care‑related content against established benchmarks.
• Identify factual inaccuracies, clinical errors, workflow issues, and patient‑safety concerns in AI outputs.
• Provide written feedback and professional judgment on whether AI deliverables meet real‑world healthcare standards.

Required profile

• U.S. residency with professional experience in healthcare (clinical, operational, quality, regulatory, or patient‑care domains).
• Ability to work independently, manage own schedule, and use personal tools.
• Comfort evaluating AI‑generated work and providing constructive feedback.
