Healthcare Customer Project Manager – Field (Charlotte, NC)

About the role

Serve the healthcare community by managing capital medical equipment installations and IT solution implementations across the healthcare continuum for Philips Healthcare Services and Solutions Delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple implementations of varying scope, size and complexity, including IT solutions, capital equipment installation and systems integration.
• Coordinate, lead and motivate cross‑functional internal and external teams, ensuring site readiness and adherence to project timelines.
• Provide daily project status updates, advise on project plans, and travel up to 75% within the Charlotte district.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of project management and IT integration experience in a healthcare environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Clinical or Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management or equivalent.
• Robust leadership and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must reside in or near Charlotte, NC and be authorized to work in the US.

• Salary range $90,000 – $143,000 per year.
