Technical Product Manager, Clinical Platform

About the role

Join a fast‑growing health‑tech company to build clinical products that enable care teams to deliver better care to hundreds of thousands of members. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will own the end‑to‑end delivery of features from discovery through launch and adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Shape the product roadmap for scheduling, outreach, clinical documentation, coding, quality review, data warehouse, and client reporting.
• Translate workflow and reporting needs into detailed specifications, acceptance criteria, UAT plans, and measurable outcomes.
• Write and optimise SQL queries to investigate encounters, coding, claims, data quality and reconciliation.
• Define and manage EMR, lab, HIE, and client‑feed integrations, including mappings, validation, error handling, testing and go‑live readiness.
• Collaborate with clinicians, coders, schedulers and client teams to eliminate rework and data gaps.
• Ship AI/LLM‑driven features for documentation, coding review, outreach or quality assurance, and evaluate output quality against defined thresholds.

Required profile

• Healthcare industry experience with a solid understanding of HIPAA constraints.
• 4+ years in product management or technical product management, with shipped products.
• Experience with EMR, HIE or other major clinical platforms.
• Proficiency in SQL (joins, aggregation, window functions) and PostgreSQL.
• Hands‑on experience authoring integration specifications using FHIR, HL7 v2 or C‑CDA.
• Production experience with AI/LLM features, including quality evaluation.
• Familiarity with ICD‑10, CPT and LOINC coding standards.

What we offer

• Base salary $150,000 – $180,000 per year.
