About the role

We are looking for experienced healthcare professionals to join our AI Labor Marketplace as remote AI Trainers. In this part‑time, contract‑based role you will evaluate and improve AI‑generated content related to medicine, public health, nutrition, and healthcare operations, helping ensure AI responses are accurate, evidence‑based, and trustworthy.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated answers for factual accuracy, completeness, and quality across a wide range of medical topics.
• Identify inaccuracies, unsupported claims, omissions, or reasoning flaws and provide clear written feedback.
• Compare alternative AI responses and select the one that best reflects accepted healthcare knowledge.
• Assess content related to healthcare operations, program planning, compliance, and population health scenarios.
• Follow project guidelines to maintain consistency, safety, and high‑quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a healthcare, medical, public health, or related field.
• Professional experience in clinical practice, public health, nutrition, or healthcare administration.
• Strong critical‑thinking abilities and evidence‑based reasoning skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and use your own tools.
