About the role
The State of Georgia is seeking a Health Aide Supervisor for the East Central Regional Hospital in Gracewood. This night‑shift position involves supervising staff while delivering basic patient care and supporting daily living skill development.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise, guide, and instruct subordinate staff in their work assignments.
- Provide basic patient care and assist patients/clients in developing daily living skills.
- Take vital signs and perform related medical procedures under nursing direction.
- Ensure compliance with safety, vaccination, and screening requirements.
Required profile
- High School diploma/GED.
- Two years of related experience, including at least one year in a lead, team‑leader, or supervisory role.
- Or one year of experience at the lower‑level Health Aide 3 position or equivalent.
Required skills
- Basic patient care.
- Vital signs measurement.
