Head of Retail Sales & E‑Commerce

About the role

ISDIN USA is seeking a strategic commercial leader to head its retail sales and e‑commerce operations in the United States. Based in Morristown, NJ, the role combines omni‑channel brand stewardship with growth‑focused partnership management across premium beauty retailers and digital marketplaces.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and monitor the annual retail sales strategy aligned with global growth milestones.
• Drive commercial growth by creating tailored strategies for retail and digital partners to increase SKU penetration.
• Lead a team of Account Executives, ensuring flawless execution of marketing campaigns, pricing alignment and brand positioning.
• Analyze store sales data, inventory reports and customer purchasing habits to optimize slow‑moving SKUs and develop localized strategies.
• Build and maintain high‑level relationships with top‑tier commercial partners and stakeholders.
• Allocate and manage the department’s activation budget to maximize ROI.
• Act as brand custodian, ensuring premium image and corporate values are represented across all touchpoints.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Key Account Management and retail marketing.
• Proven track record growing beauty brands within specialty retailers such as Sephora.
• Minimum 3 years managing digital and sales strategies.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to dive into data and inventory reports.
