Head of Products – ConvergeSPORTS

About the role

The Head of Products for ConvergeSPORTS will own product vision, portfolio strategy, and the product management organization. This senior leader will shape the roadmap, drive product execution, and ensure market‑ready offerings that deliver commercial outcomes for sports organizations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, multi‑year roadmap, and portfolio strategy across Signals, Segmentation, Partnership Intelligence, and the Digital Suite.
• Lead, develop and grow a high‑performing product management team, establishing product principles, operating rituals and career frameworks.
• Partner with General Manager, Revenue & Growth Lead and Head of Sales to balance short‑term demand with long‑term platform scalability.
• Drive the full product lifecycle from discovery through launch, including customer discovery, requirement definition, go/no‑go decisions and post‑launch tracking.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Data Science leaders on technical product strategy, platform architecture and AI/ML capabilities.

Required profile

• Proven ability to build and lead product management teams, with at least 8 years of product experience and 3 years in a leadership role.
• Deep understanding of the sports ecosystem and commercial revenue models.
• Executive presence and credibility with senior clients and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Strong commercial acumen, including pricing, packaging and product P&L awareness.

Required skills

• Experience building and launching data products, AI‑native platforms or enterprise SaaS offerings.
• Ability to translate complex platform capabilities into clear product narratives.
• Knowledge of AI/ML, data analytics and enterprise software development.
