Director, Digital Transformation

About the role

Rowan Digital Infrastructure is seeking a Director of Digital Transformation to define and implement the core technology stack for its Development organization. This individual contributor will own tool selection, build dashboards and KPIs, and partner with a Data Engineer to ensure reliable, scalable data practices.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate, select, and finalize the core tooling stack (CRM, project management, data management) balancing workflow, cost and scalability.
• Establish data governance, source‑of‑truth definitions and integration between systems of record.
• Design and build dashboards and identify key performance indicators for pipeline health and project performance.
• Collaborate with a Data Engineer to translate reporting needs into data pipelines, reviewing SQL outputs.
• Drive adoption of new tools across the Development team through training, documentation and change management.
• Partner with internal teams (Sites, Energy & Water, Construction, Finance, etc.) to align tooling with business needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems or related field.
• 7+ years experience in business systems, data/reporting operations or program management, preferably in real‑estate, construction or infrastructure development.
• Proven ability to work with and influence senior stakeholders and manage change.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of SQL and relational data concepts.
• Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, Smartsheet, SiteTracker, Databricks.
• Hands‑on reporting experience with Power BI, Tableau or Smartsheet Dashboards.
