Head of Product – Lead Digital Health Innovation

About the role

Physitrack is looking for a Head of Product to own the product vision and strategy for its digital health platform. Based in New York, you will lead a distributed product team, stay hands‑on in discovery and prototyping, and shape an ecosystem that reaches millions of users.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap aligned with company growth targets.
• Lead, mentor and coordinate a cross‑functional product team located in Europe.
• Conduct user discovery, build prototypes, and validate features quickly.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and the CEO to ensure seamless delivery.
• Drive product‑led growth and monitor key performance metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading product teams in a SaaS or digital health environment.
• Hands‑on product management mindset with a track record of shipping successful products.
• Ability to work early hours to overlap with European teams while being present in the NY office.
• Eligibility to work in the United States (visa sponsorship available for the right candidate).

• Base salary $190,000‑$220,000 per year.
