Head of Marketing – Bliss

About the role

AS Beauty is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead all brand, affiliate, paid advertising, and CRM initiatives for its fast‑growing beauty brand Bliss. Reporting to the GM of Bliss, you will shape strategy across DTC, Amazon, and TikTok channels while building and managing a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage an 8‑figure marketing budget, delivering regular KPI reporting and insights.
• Direct growth marketing across DTC, Amazon, and TikTok, allocating spend to meet revenue targets and improve acquisition efficiency.
• Partner with creative and brand teams to execute brand campaigns, events, and produce assets for all channels.
• Own the Bliss e‑commerce website, overseeing development, merchandising, imagery, and app integrations.
• Lead CRM strategy with a focus on email, SMS, and loyalty programs to increase LTV.
• Drive brand marketing efforts, coordinating PR, influencer, and social initiatives.
• Manage a team of four direct reports and coordinate with freelancers and agency partners.

Required profile

• 7+ years of marketing experience in consumer brands, preferably beauty or DTC.
• Proven track record managing large, growth‑focused budgets.
• Strong storytelling ability and brand‑forward mindset.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
