Head of Marketing – Americas

About the role

Air Tahiti Nui is looking for an experienced Head of Marketing for the Americas region. The role will lead all marketing and brand activities, drive digital sales, and collaborate closely with sales, revenue management and head‑office teams to grow the business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the annual marketing strategy for the Americas, aligning with global objectives and brand standards.
• Define marketing priorities, manage the regional budget, and approve expenditures within authority limits.
• Drive direct sales through the website, booking engine and call centre, increasing online traffic, conversion and revenue.
• Manage relationships with OTAs, metasearch partners and external agencies to maximise visibility and ROI.
• Lead regional advertising, PR and social‑media campaigns, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
• Coordinate with sales directors, pricing supervisors, airport managers and head‑office marketing to ensure unified initiatives.
• Supervise and develop the marketing team, fostering collaboration, accountability and professional growth.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level marketing leadership experience, preferably in the travel or airline industry.
• Strong digital and e‑commerce expertise with a track record of driving online sales.
• Excellent collaboration skills with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Ability to manage budgets, make independent strategic decisions and lead a high‑performing team.
