Head of Information Technology

About the role

Creatify is a TikTok Shop partner agency for health and beauty brands, running creator programs for fast-growing CPG brands and backed by its own creator communities on Discord. It is hiring its first Head of Technology to own every system, tool and automation that runs the business. This is a full-time, remote role working US Eastern (EST) hours, with overlap with the EST team required.

Key responsibilities

• Build internal tools on top of TikTok Shop APIs and MCPs so the team does not have to do things by hand.
• Build reporting dashboards that bring brand, creator and sales data together.
• Build and maintain custom Discord bots connecting creator communities to the TikTok Shop ecosystem, from product data to creator performance.
• Automate workflows across the company using Zapier, MCPs and direct API integrations.
• Own domain hosting, account access and data security for the internal team.
• Identify manual, repetitive work in operations and eliminate it.
• Roll out new tools with clear processes so they are actually used.

Required profile

• Has built and shipped internal tools, integrations or automations and can show examples of them; no-code and AI-assisted building are welcome.
• Comfortable reading code, debugging it and making good architecture decisions.
• Comfortable with backend database schemas, REST APIs, webhooks, frontend integration, AI agents and MCPs.
• Has worked with Discord bots or can get up to speed quickly.
• Moves quickly and handles shifting priorities week to week.
• Strong written and spoken English, working directly with founders, brand clients and a US-based team.

Required skills

• Bonus: experience with TikTok Shop, Euka, e-commerce or creator and affiliate platforms.
• Bonus: hands-on experience with Supabase, Railway, Vercel or Next.js.
• Bonus: having been the sole or lead technical person at a small, fast company.

To apply, send your resume plus one or two examples of tools, bots or automations you have built, with a short note on what problem each one solved.
