Head of Growth & Strategic Partnerships

About the role

Bluebird Health Partners (BBHP) is seeking a senior executive to lead its market expansion, strategic partnership development, and revenue growth initiatives across the healthcare ecosystem. This remote, U.S.-based role will shape BBHP’s next phase of growth by building high‑impact relationships with health systems, payers, digital‑health firms, and late‑stage startups.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute BBHP’s overall growth and commercialization strategy.
• Identify, engage, and close strategic relationships with health systems, payers, provider groups, and digital‑health companies.
• Cultivate executive‑level connections with healthcare leaders, innovation teams, and venture‑backed startups.
• Source and evaluate late‑stage healthcare startups that align with BBHP’s capabilities.
• Collaborate with leadership to structure product‑management, consulting, and partnership engagements.
• Work closely with delivery teams to align growth initiatives with operational execution.
• Represent BBHP at conferences, innovation forums, and executive strategy discussions.
• Build scalable business‑development systems and partnership pipelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience in healthcare strategy, product commercialization, or digital‑health ecosystem.
• Strong network of senior contacts within health systems, payers, and innovation organizations.
• Ability to navigate complex enterprise relationships and negotiate partnership agreements.
• Executive presence with a track record of driving revenue growth and market positioning.
• Entrepreneurial mindset – a builder who can shape new business models and processes.
