Head of Finance

About the role

Reevo is seeking a Head of Finance to own the entire finance function, driving financial planning, performance, accounting, cash management and investor reporting. You will shape investment decisions, scale the business and translate data into strategic narratives.

Key responsibilities

• Own the operating plan, long‑range plan, rolling forecast and integrated financial model, translating strategy into financial targets.
• Partner with the executive team on hiring, pricing, product investment and resource allocation decisions.
• Develop and deliver financial storytelling for Board meetings, investor updates and fundraising.
• Build trusted reporting for ARR, bookings, revenue, margin, retention, acquisition efficiency, burn and runway.
• Oversee accounting, close, revenue recognition, payroll, tax, treasury, billing and cash management.
• Lead capital strategy, fundraising readiness and preparation of diligence materials.
• Recruit, develop and structure a high‑performing Finance organization.

Required profile

• 10+ years in strategic finance, FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking or private equity.
• Finance leadership experience at a high‑growth, venture‑backed B2B SaaS, AI, fintech or enterprise software company.
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics such as ARR, gross margin, CAC, payback and runway.
• Proven ability to communicate complex financial information to Boards and investors.
• High EQ, intellectual honesty and a bias toward action in ambiguous environments.
