About the role
Foodhub is seeking a senior leader to head its global client support services, focusing on EPOS‑driven hospitality operations. Based in Philadelphia, the role involves extensive travel to oversee in‑country teams and work directly with restaurant partners across multiple markets.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate in‑country client services teams that support EPOS deployments in international markets.
- Spend significant time on the ground with field agents and hospitality clients to understand operational challenges.
- Define and continuously improve Foodhub’s EPOS client‑service and account‑engagement model by market.
- Act as senior point of contact for key restaurant and takeaway partners using Foodhub’s EPOS and ordering platforms.
- Develop account‑management strategies, KPIs and operating rhythms to drive retention, engagement and performance.
- Build, mentor and scale regional and field‑based EPOS client‑services leadership teams.
- Standardise best practices while allowing for local market nuance, using operational data from EPOS environments.
Required profile
- Proven senior leadership experience in client services or operations within the hospitality technology sector.
- Deep, hands‑on experience with EPOS systems in restaurant or takeaway environments.
- Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.
- Strong ability to work across multiple time zones and align services with peak hospitality trading periods.
