Head of Business & Programs – Support & Services

About the role

Airbus Helicopters is seeking a strategic leader to head Business & Programs for its Support & Services division. Based at the U.S. regional headquarters near Dallas‑Fort Worth, you will drive operational excellence, financial performance, and customer satisfaction across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end profit and loss for customer contracts, including Power‑by‑the‑Hour (PBH) agreements.
• Direct functional organizations to identify, propose, contract, and deliver customer support requirements.
• Coordinate contractual obligations between customers and internal Airbus teams.
• Monitor achievement of operational goals and implement action plans with cross‑functional teams.
• Lead customer service initiatives to ensure fleet performance and high‑quality support.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in aerospace, aviation, or a related high‑tech industry.
• Strong financial acumen with a track record of managing P&L and complex contracts.
• Ability to simplify organizational structures and accelerate decision‑making.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, acting as the voice of the customer.
