Head of Brand Marketing

About the role

Salted is the largest delivery‑first restaurant group in the United States and is looking for a visionary Head of Brand Marketing to turn its brands into household names. You will partner directly with the CEO and R&D team to shape brand identity, drive customer loyalty, and expand into new markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead identity development and storytelling for the flagship brand, moonbowls, ensuring consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with the CEO and R&D to align culinary roadmap with brand values and emerging cultural trends.
• Own the post‑purchase journey, designing retention, digital loyalty, and occasion‑based campaigns to boost order frequency and lifetime value.
• Develop and execute market‑entry strategies, including social media, community outreach, and influencer collaborations.
• Direct editorial strategy across brand channels to create a cohesive narrative that drives engagement and sales.
• Shape external communications and media relations to influence public perception.

Required profile

• Proven track record of building brands that resonate culturally and commercially.
• Strong storytelling ability with a builder mentality.
• Excellent communication, detail‑orientation, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Deep understanding of customer behavior, cultural trends, and multi‑channel brand execution.
• Experience leading teams in high‑growth environments.
