About the role

Join a leading home‑service franchise as a Handyman/Carpenter, delivering high‑quality maintenance and repair projects for residential and commercial clients in the Corrales area. You will work independently, represent the brand, and ensure every job meets the company’s “Done Right Promise.”

Key responsibilities

• Perform small to medium maintenance and repair tasks ranging from a few hours to two days.
• Communicate with customers to explain work scope, set expectations, and provide cost estimates.
• Document each job, collect payments, and request customer reviews.
• Follow the standardized “Mr. Handyman Way” process to ensure consistent, exceptional service.

Required profile

• Live within the service area and have at least 8 years of paid handyman experience.
• Own a full set of tools and be insurable to drive a company vehicle.
• Pass background and driving record checks.
• Ability to lift 50 lb, work at heights, and stand for extended periods.
• Professional appearance and proper PPE usage.
